IMPACTS OF COVID-19 on Delivery of Products

Due to the reasons below, many retailers are experiencing delays in the delivery of their Products.

We are working closely wth our Suppliers & Shipping companies to try & minimise these delays however, as Christmas approaches, we encourage our customers to order early to ensure delivery of your products.    

  • there is serious congestion in global supply chains causing delays on shipping into Australia
  • many countries are experiencing Port closures & a scarcity of freight containers
  • lack of flights into the country means more pressure on Shipping to import products 
  • due to the Delta strain now spreading across the world, many countries are enforcing lockdowns, which is impacting the timeframes of production & shipping

Locally we are still operating our Brisbane & Melbourne Showrooms, & delivery / pick up is available from our Melbourne/Sydney/Brisbane warehouses.

Due to Covid cases in Sydney & Melbourne, we are experiencing some delays in the delivery of Products, as our Courier companies have issues with staff having to be in isolation, or worse, illness.   


Our Sydney Showroom & Warehouse are now OPEN. Please visit our Showroom Page  to book a Showroom Appointment.   

If you have chosen to pick up your order once it arrives at our Warehouse, we will email you regarding a Pick Up time. 



  • Our Brisbane & Melbourne Showrooms/Warehouses are open, with visits by Appointment Only.
  • We will email you to arrange a Pick Up time. 
  • To support Social Distancing, 30 minute appointments are available with a maximum of 3 people per appointment.
  • Please do not visit our Showrooms/Warehouses if you are feeling unwell.
  • Please wear a Mask at all times.

  • To ensure delivery of your products, our Warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane are still operating, however due to Lockdowns there may be some delay in the delivery of your Order.
  • You will be updated on the arrival of your Order into our Warehouses & an expected delivery time frame.
  • Due to world wide Covid-19 impacts, some of our shipments are taking longer than usual to arrive at our Warehouses.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, as we work to minimise any delays.  


  • Once your Order arrives at our Warehouse, we will contact you to arrange a designated pick up time.




  • Many of our staff members will be working from home, or reduced Office Hours, so please contact us via the "Contact Us" form
