Shopping Made Easy

  • You can change your mind, & alter your order at any time

Terms & Conditions

  • A $50 deposit is required within the first 2 weeks of placing your order
  • If the deposit is not received within the 2 week time frame, your Layby will be cancelled 
  • In the event that you cancel your layby, (cancellation must be submitted in writing), we will refund all monies paid to date, less a 20% (of the total Layby) cancellation fee. 
  • If you have only paid the initial $50 deposit, the 20% cancellation fee will not apply. 
  • Your Layby must be paid in full within 12 months of your initial deposit. We reserve the right to cancel your Layby and charge a 20% cancellation fee should you breach this condition.
  • We recommend you pay out your Layby 4-6 weeks before you want to ASSEMBLE your furniture. This ensures your items available and, in the unlikely case there is an issue, time to rectify. 

To Layby Any Package or Product 

  • Simply fill in the details on the form provided & we will email you an Invoice

Requested Delivery Month of your Layby

  • Please note that your "Requested Delivery Month" must at least match, or be later than, the Availability Date of the Product / Package you are wishing to Layby
  • Should your Layby be cancelled due to non-payment of a Deposit, then you commence another Layby, your "Requested Delivery Month" must match, or be later than, the Availability Date of the Product / Package you are wishing to Layby

New Zealand Customers
