New Zealand Delivery / Shipping Information

Quirky Bubba delivers to most areas across New Zealand.  We are are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes.

Delivery is available between Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) 9.00am - 5.00pm.  We do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday.

PLEASE NOTE: Import and Duty Tax is included in the delivery fee, so you will not any incur any other charges apart from the cost of your Product & the quoted Delivery fee.    

How To Work Out Your Delivery Fee 

Add your Product to Your Cart & you will be taken to the Shopping Cart Page:
  • Under Country - Select New Zealand
  • Under Region - Select Your Area
  • Under Enter Your Postal/Zip Code - Enter your Postcode
  Your Delivery Fee will now be displayed.  

    You receive a "Sorry, we do not Ship to this Destination" message.

    • Occasionally, we have omitted a Postcode from our Delivery Fee calculator (sorry!).
    • Just contact us, using the "Contact Us" form& advise us of your Postcode & we will update the system.
    • You will then be able to check your Delivery fee (see above steps).  
    Delivery of Your Order 
    • Once your Order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will receive an email advising of Delivery.  
    • If you are not at home when your order is delivered, your products will be left at your premises.


    Impact of Current World Health Crisis on Delivery of Quirky Bubba Products

    Firstly we acknowledge that the Virus spreading around the World is about the human toll being taken, with loss of life and widespread personal impact. Our thoughts are with those that are directly impacted by this illness.

    Aside from the distressing personal impacts of the current World Health Crisis, there are World-wide delays in most industries including Manufacturing & Shipping of Products.

    Quirky Bubba is experiencing some delays to the delivery of our Products but we are working closely with our Supplier & Shipping Company to minimise these delays.

    Our current quoted “Available for Delivery Date” for each Product will be constantly updated, as required.

    If you have already ordered from us & this event impacts your expected delivery date, we will contact you via email.

    Thank you for supporting us during this unprecedented time.  We appreciate your patience & support, and sincerely apologise if any delays or uncertainty are causing you concern.
