Delivery Costs

It's so easy to check your Delivery Fee:

1. Add the Product to your Cart, & check your Delivery Cost by typing in your Postcode to the Shipping Calculator on the Checkout Page.
2. The Shipping Calculator will automatically calculate your Delivery Costs & show the Free Pick Up option (where applicable).

Delivery Information

Delivery is made between Monday & Friday (excluding Public Holidays) 9.00am-5.00pm. We do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday.

• Once your Order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will receive an email advising you of your tracking details.
• Although we cannot guarantee any firm delivery date, in some instances Delivery may occur the day after we send you the tracking details email.
• PLEASE NOTE: If you are not at home when your order is delivered, your products will be left at your premises.

Free Pick Up from our Melbourne Warehouse

• Pick Ups are available, by appointment only, from our Melbourne Warehouse located at 20A Allied Drive, Tullamarine.
• If you have entered a Victorian postcode as your Shipping Address, you will be able to select "Free Pick Up from our Tullamarine Warehouse" or the Delivery Fee as you Check Out.
• Should you choose the Free Pick Up option, we will email you to arrange a Pick Up time.

Free Pick Up from our Brisbane Warehouse

• Pick Ups are available, by appointment only, from our Brisbane Warehouse located at 3/9 Northlink Place, Virginia.
• If you have entered a Queensland postcode as your Shipping address, you will be able to select "Free Pick Up from our Virginia Warehouse" or the Delivery Fee as you Check Out.  
• Should you choose the Free Pick Up option, we will email you to arrange a Pick Up time.

Free Pick Up from our Sydney Warehouse

• Pick Ups are available, by appointment only, from our Sydney Warehouse located at 5b/31 Elizabeth St, Wetherill Park.
• If you have entered a NSW postcode as your Shipping address, you will be able to select "Free Pick Up from our Wetherill Park Warehouse" or the Delivery Fee as you Check Out.
